Refund Policy | Dermalytics API

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscription plans for Dermalytics API ("the Service"), operated by Lagodish Tech. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment for a given paid subscription plan (for example, Developer or Business). Free trials and the Free Trial plan ($0) are not charged; there is nothing to refund for those tiers.

3. 30-Day Window

You may request a full refund of eligible fees within 30 calendar days from the date of that first payment for the plan. Requests received after the 30-day period are not covered by this guarantee, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. How to Request

Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Include your account identifier and the plan you wish to refund. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your purchase.

5. Processing

If your request is approved, we will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method, typically within 14 business days. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is processed, we may revoke access to paid features immediately.

6. Exclusions

We may refuse or limit a refund where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of this policy, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms. We may also withhold refunds required to comply with law or payment network rules.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including rights under EU or UK consumer protection laws where applicable.
