By accessing or using Dermalytics API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dermalytics API provides a RESTful API service for skincare ingredient analysis, safety ratings, and product recommendations. The Service includes access to ingredient databases, analysis tools, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

All ingredient data, analysis results, and other content provided by the Service are proprietary to Dermalytics API. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from this data without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Unforeseen technical issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Actions by third parties

We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory provisions of their country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts, except EU consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of domicile.
